This policy explains what personal information BIOWILL ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to run your account and fulfil your orders:
- Account details — your name, email address, and profile picture, received from Google when you sign in.
- Order details — shipping address, phone number, and the items you purchase.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Razorpay, our payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
- Support messages — anything you send us through the contact or query forms.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
- To process and deliver your orders, and to send order confirmations and shipping updates by email.
- To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
- To secure the website, prevent fraud, and enforce rate limits.
- To improve our products and website experience.
3. Who we share data with
Your data is shared only with the service providers required to operate the store, and only to the extent needed:
- Razorpay — to process payments securely.
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider, where your account and order data are stored.
- Resend — to deliver transactional emails such as order confirmations.
- Courier partners — your name, address, and phone number, to deliver your order.
4. Cookies and sessions
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Data access is protected with row-level security, and payment collection is PCI-DSS compliant through Razorpay. Access to customer data inside our team is restricted by role.
6. Data retention and your rights
Order records are retained as required for accounting and tax law. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data (except records we are legally required to keep).
