Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to buy with total confidence. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work — in plain language.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Live with your BIOWILL for up to 30 days from delivery. If it doesn't earn its place in your daily ritual, you may return it for a complete refund — no questions asked.
- The return window is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The bottle must be returned with its original packaging and included accessories.
- Normal signs of careful daily use are fine; units damaged by drops, misuse, or unauthorised repair are not eligible.
2. How to start a return
- Email biowillglobal@gmail.com (or use the Contact page) with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team responds with a return authorisation and pickup/shipping instructions — return shipping is arranged by us at no cost to you.
- Once the unit is received and inspected (typically 2–3 business days), your refund is initiated.
3. Order cancellation
- You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched — contact support with your order number.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, so please reach out quickly.
- If the order has already shipped, simply refuse the delivery or start a standard return once it arrives.
4. Refund timelines
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
- Once initiated, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
5. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping charges — at your choice.
6. Warranty claims
Beyond the return window, every bottle remains covered by a 2-year limited hardware warranty for manufacturing defects. Warranty replacements are free; see the Terms & Conditions for full warranty coverage.
7. Items not eligible for refund
- Products returned after the 30-day window without a warranty defect.
- Products damaged by misuse, immersion beyond the IP rating, or unauthorised disassembly.
- Consumable accessories once opened, unless defective.
