Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything about how your BIOWILL gets to you — dispatch times, delivery estimates, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
1. Shipping charges
Express shipping is complimentary on every order — the price you see on the order summary is the final amount you pay. Any exception would be shown clearly at checkout before payment.
2. Dispatch and delivery timelines
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation (business days).
- Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Deliveries to remote PIN codes can take a few days longer; the courier's tracking page always shows the live estimate.
3. Order tracking
As soon as your order ships you receive an email with the courier name and tracking link. You can also see your order status any time under My Orders when signed in.
4. Delivery attempts and address changes
- Couriers typically make up to three delivery attempts before returning a package to us.
- Need to correct an address? Contact support as soon as possible — we can update it any time before dispatch.
- If a package is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to reship it or issue a refund.
5. Damaged or missing deliveries
If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or note the damage with the courier, then contact us within 48 hours with photos at biowillglobal@gmail.com. Lost shipments are replaced or refunded in full once confirmed with the courier.
6. Service area
We currently ship across India. If your location is not serviceable at checkout, write to us and we will try to arrange an alternative.
