1. Who we are

This website is operated by Biowill Global ("BIOWILL", "we", "us"). These terms form a binding agreement between you and us whenever you browse the site or place an order.

2. Products and pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• The final payable amount — including any shipping charges — is always shown on the order summary before you pay.
• Product images are for illustration; minor variations in finish may occur between production batches.
• We may correct pricing errors, update prices, or withdraw a product at any time before an order is accepted.

3. Orders and payment

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never store your card, UPI, or banking details.
• An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive an order number.
• If a payment is captured but the order cannot be fulfilled (for example, an item goes out of stock), we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
• We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or placed for commercial resale.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy — both are linked in the footer of every page and form part of these terms.

5. Warranty

Every BIOWILL bottle includes a 2-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from drops, misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal cosmetic wear. To make a claim, contact support with your order number.

6. Health disclaimer

BIOWILL products are wellness devices, not medical devices. Statements on this site about hydrogen-rich water are based on published research but are not medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or under treatment for a medical condition.

7. Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You may not use the site to submit unlawful content, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other customers' use.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — the BIOWILL name, logo, product design, photography, video, and text — belongs to Biowill Global or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered place of business.
